The Sites overview provides a snapshot of each location, including deployed units, active charges, and alerts. Each site page offers a deeper operational view with live connector status per unit, a 30-day charging timeline, and a complete activity log, helping operators monitor site activity in real time.
Every charging session is a transaction that needs to be traceable. The Charging sessions section keeps a complete log of status, client, energy delivered, duration, and average power for each session. The side panel surfaces detailed information without leaving the list, including requested versus actual energy, battery level at start and end, unit, charger, and connector data. Filters and export tools make it easy to retrieve data for reconciliation or dispute resolution.
Aggregated charging data supports operational decision-making. The Reports section brings everything together: daily trends in energy delivery and session count, breakdowns of completed, aborted, and canceled charges, and distributions by energy volume, duration, and power output. Each chart answers a specific operational question: how efficiently the infrastructure performs, where time is being lost, and which charging profiles dominate across the fleet.
Incidents on charging units demand fast response, as delays lead to fleet downtime. The section logs every event in chronological order, with severity levels from Low to Stopper. Selecting an incident opens a side panel with full context: description, unit and connector mapping, duration, documentation links, and a metrics snapshot captured at the moment of the event. Operators can investigate issues without switching between tools.
Fleet staff can simply scan the QR code on the unit. The mobile page shows real-time connector status across the site, including charging availability, estimated time remaining, current power output, and delivered energy. No app or sign-up required. Operators get live information instantly.
Hundreds of additional interface sections were designed to support every stage of the operator workflow, from onboarding to advanced configuration and incident response.
A comprehensive component library built to accelerate development and maintain consistency across more than a thousand screens. Every element, from buttons and inputs to complex data tables, follows unified design principles, creating a shared language for both designers and developers.
